The terms may be accepted by individuals, company, or public company. Artmate will provide products and services and customer can pay through credit card, debit card & all net banking.
As per Artmate provide payment services through agreement with Banks & payment gateway aggregators. We have multiple payment gateways integrated in order to ensure transactions are carried out smoothly without any issues. Payment gateway will not responsible any type of dispute.

- 5.Request for cancellation of orders once placed on www.artmate.in shall be handled on a case to case basis and may be denied in case Suyash Traders deems it necessary to do so.

- 7.Suyash Traders will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
- 8.Suyash Traders shall not entertain any complaints after 10 days, once the order is delivered.
- 9.This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Nashik shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
