Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are also shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. The processing time may exceed 2-3 business days in case the stock is unavailable, if there is no transportation or any major disaster or pandemic situation.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Artmate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order at customer end. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Artmate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India.

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

We strive to deliver products purchased from Suyash Art Sales in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If the order is cancelled before it delivered, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.) If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Kindly note that cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Return Policy. Free shipping is available to select locations for orders values exceeding Rs.499 (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.) For orders under Rs. 499 a shipping charge of Rs. 85 will be applicable depends on product weight and volume. For locations where free shipping is currently unavailable kindly recheck the delivery charge in your cart during checkout or contact us on 9823278532. We are actively working with our logistics partners to ensure free shipping is available across India as soon as possible.
