Any dispute between the payer and receiver/seller, whether registered with Artmate must be resolved directly between the payer and the payee. Artmate will not have any responsibility for and cannot accept any liability for the actions of any receiver/seller and by using our services. Also payment gateway company will not responsible for any dispute and chargeback cases they provide only payment platform. Suyash Traders (parent firm of Artmate.in) has both an online presence and offline retail location and the policy for both is different. Online store (Artmate.in): Cancellations of orders placed on our website are allowed without any issues before the products are shipped from our warehouse. In case the products are already shipped out to you kindly contact us with the Order ID. Refunds and product exchanges are provided against orders up to 7 days from dispatch of package to the customer as per our records. Refunds and Exchanges will only be processed once we verify that the items have been returned to us in a pristine condition and unopened and unutilized state. In case of any special cases kindly feel free to contact us. If you choose to exchange/return an item, you will need to courier the product back to us on the address mentioned on the website. We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same also "artmate.in" can arrange pick up with their logistics partner with additional charges(has to bare by customer).
